Lynda Starnes, SPHR

Lynda Starnes is the President and Executive HR consultant for Exclusively HR.   Lynda is an innovative and passionate Human Resources business leader with extensive experience successfully directing the Human Resources functions for global high tech, manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, and government organizations.  Lynda has served companies in both the public and private sectors with employees numbering from 50 to 6000.  She has provided HR leadership for Telmar Network Technology, Somera Communications, Inc., Tekelek, Santera Systems, Inc., Alcatel USA (now Alcatel-Lucent), DSC Communications, Computer Language Research (Fast-Tax), Texas Rehabilitation Commission and the Lubbock Country Hospital District.   Lynda is a senior generalist and can provide expertise in all aspects of the HR discipline. (See Services)  She is an exceptional manager of HR processes, including those involving mergers, acquisitions, start-up and turn-a-round execution.

Lynda holds a BA from Texas Tech University in Social Welfare and Psychology.  She is a member of the national Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), Dallas Human Resources (DHR), and World at Work.   She holds and maintains a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the national Human Resources Certification Institute.  She regularly volunteers in the community and frequently mentors junior human resources professionals.
